Light is a perfect solution to light dark spaces at home and in your workspace without liars, perfect for dark closets, dark porches, dark attic space. It has a super-bright LED that never needs replacing and gives a hundred lumen of light. It has a motion sensor that can detect it up to 15 feet, which means you can put it on higher ceilings. It has a light sensor to prevent it from going on. During the day - and it has an auto shutoff at thirty seconds - you should get about a year of use out of one set of batteries. It is weatherproof, so it's perfect for showers, gazebos porches, but maybe the best thing about the Mr.Beams ceiling light.
Is that, like all other Mr. beams lights, it can attach anywhere without wires in a matter of minutes, setting up your Mr.Beams ceiling, light for installation takes just a few minutes. Flip your light over and turn the mounting hardware counter. Clockwise you'll see a screw there. I like to take a coin and give it a good twist, and then you can use your finger to turn the screw. Counterclockwise don't lose that screw it's important. Next, we turn the back plate a little turn counterclockwise and remove that you'll see there's space for 4c cell batteries.
You need to use alkaline batteries in here and take the flat part of the battery mount it to the spring match up to spring push it in and the battery will go right in once all four are installed. You want to take that back plate and find the tab, there's a tab right on the on the back and match it to where it says, locked and then twist the light short turn clockwise you'll see how the screw hole is aligned, put your thumb screw back In twist it and you're done now, you're ready for installation to install your Mr. Beams ceiling, light, take a drill and drill yourself, two pilot holes.
You can use a hammer in a nail instead take your hammer and the anchors that are included and tap the anchor in gently now anchors aren't necessary, but when you're using drywall, I do recommend that once your anchors are in take the mounting bracket. Take the side that has the arrow on it and align that with the screw holes and we're gonna insert a screw and twist it in using a simple Phillips head, screwdriver, now you'll notice. On the back of your ceiling light, there are two different shaped tabs longer one and a skinnier one takes the skinnier tab and lines it up with the mounting bracket. That looks like a rectangle as soon as it goes in we're gonna give it a good twist clockwise. Your ceiling light is now in stone.
